You can recognise a good seafood fry at once: crisp on the outside, tender on the inside and never heavy<\/b>. The secret lies not in the technique, but in the ingredients. Most of our fish comes from carefully selected fishing boats<\/b>, and you can taste its freshness in every bite.<\/p>\n

Fresh small fish, squid, prawns, oily fish, battered mussels and our own homemade fish balls. Everything is fried in carefully selected oil that is regularly refreshed<\/b>, because quality and wholesome food are not minor details \u2013 they are the foundation of everything we do.<\/p>\n
